Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds, cancellations, and payment-related matters for services provided by Iui Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By engaging our services, making payments, or entering into any service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Iui Solutions Private Limited provides digital and professional services including, but not limited to:

• Software designing
• Software development & customization
• Maintenance, testing, and quality assurance
• Digital marketing and customer support systems
• Enhancing online digital and healthcare workflows

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on the scope of work, stage of completion, costs incurred, and applicable agreement. Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

A. Non-Delivery of Services

IUI Solutions Private Limited provides digital and professional services including software design, software development, website development, customization, maintenance, testing, digital marketing, consulting, and related technology services. If services cannot be initiated or delivered due to internal company constraints, a refund may be evaluated.

B. Major Technical Defects

If the delivered website, software, or digital solution contains critical technical defects that substantially prevent its intended use, and the Company is unable to resolve such issues within a reasonable timeframe after written notification, a partial refund may be considered.

C. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

Any duplicate payments or excess amounts paid due to technical errors may be refunded after verification.

The following payments and services are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain Registration Charges
• Hosting and Server Charges
• SSL Certificates
• Third-Party Software, APIs, Plugins, or Licenses
• Advertising and Marketing Spend (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Consultation Fees
• Maintenance Charges already utilized
• Any work completed, approved, or delivered by the client's instructions
• Customized or tailor-made development services once work has commenced

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email.

• If cancellation is requested before commencement of work, the Company may consider a partial refund after deduction of administrative and processing charges.
• Once project execution, development, design, or implementation work has started, no refund shall ordinarily be provided.
• For milestone-based projects, only the unused portion of future milestones may be considered for refund. Amounts paid for completed, approved, or ongoing milestones are non-refundable.

All refund requests shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Clients must provide:

• Project details
• Proof of payment
• Reason for refund request
• Relevant communication or supporting documents

If a refund request is approved:

• Refunds shall be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
• The refunded amount shall be credited through the original mode of payment wherever feasible.

Iui Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
