As these services involve allocation of time, manpower, technical resources, and intellectual effort, refunds are subject to the terms mentioned below.
3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
A. Non-Delivery of Services
IUI Solutions Private Limited provides digital and professional services including software design, software development, website development, customization, maintenance, testing, digital marketing, consulting, and related technology services.
B. Major Technical Defects
If the delivered website, software, or digital solution contains critical technical defects that substantially prevent its intended use, and the Company is unable to resolve such issues within a reasonable timeframe after written notification, a partial refund may be considered.
C. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Any duplicate payments or excess amounts paid due to technical errors may be refunded after verification.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following payments and services are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain Registration Charges
- Hosting and Server Charges
- SSL Certificates
- Third-Party Software, APIs, Plugins, or Licenses
- Advertising and Marketing Spend (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Consultation Fees
- Maintenance Charges already utilized
- Any work completed, approved, or delivered by the client’s instructions
- Customized or tailor-made development services once work has commenced
No refunds shall be provided for delays caused due to the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, materials, or communication in a timely manner.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email.
- If cancellation is requested before commencement of work, the Company may consider a partial refund after deduction of administrative and processing charges.
- Once project execution, development, design, or implementation work has started, no refund shall ordinarily be provided.
- For milestone-based projects, only the unused portion of future milestones may be considered for refund. Amounts paid for completed, approved, or ongoing milestones are non-refundable.
6. Refund Review Process
All refund requests shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Clients must provide:
- Project details
- Proof of payment
- Reason for refund request
- Relevant communication or supporting documents
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. The final decision regarding refunds shall rest solely with Iui Solutions Private Limited.
7. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds shall be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
- The refunded amount shall be credited through the original mode of payment wherever feasible.
